Start without a payment card

Every account can connect sources and commit up to 5 million monthly active records (MAR) without a card. Choose a Ready connector, verify the first sync, and connect your agent.

Adding a card unlocks another 20 million free MAR and starts the seven-day card-backed trial. After the trial, the public rate is $5 per million MAR, prorated. The initial allowance is not a promise of 5 million free MAR every month indefinitely.

Account-specific commercial terms can override these public defaults. Review the effective terms and usage in your account’s Settings. Payment details are handled by Stripe.

What would my usage cost?

At the public rate, multiply billable MAR by $5 per million. These examples describe paid usage after trial allowances; they are not subscription tiers.

$100 is the example charge for 20 million billable MAR. Combined does not have a required $100 monthly base subscription under these public terms.

What is a monthly active record?

Combined measures MAR from records that changed at the trusted lake commit boundary, grouped by billing window. Extracted, staged, retried, duplicate or unchanged records are not automatically separate billable changes.

A provider’s row count can therefore differ from billed MAR. Use the account’s usage information when assessing an actual connection, especially around initial syncs, updates and retries. The usage and billing reference defines the policy.

What query limits apply?

The documented default monthly query input budget is 100 GiB per account. Each query has a 256 MiB estimated-input ceiling, and grants can lower the effective limits. Estimated scanned bytes are admission and governance measures, not a precise cloud cost calculation.

Combined supplies managed ingestion and governed, read-only access for external agents. It does not include or host your agent’s model. Check the model provider’s own terms for the agent you choose.

What happens if the trial or payment lapses?

Payment state controls further paid work. The product directs an account Owner to Billing when attention is required. The documented default lapsed-trial recovery window is 14 days; after it expires, durable deletion becomes eligible under the effective policy.

Source deletion is a separate action that begins immediate revocation. Read privacy and retention and the billing documentation for the details that apply to your account.
